Welcome to the SOT Apply Platform 

Submit an SOT membership application, sponsor someone’s membership request, or apply for one (or more) of the hundreds of awards SOT offers.

Please read these instructions before creating your SOT Apply account.

• If you have previously created an account through Survey Monkey Apply, select the log-in button and enter the same email and password that are associated with your Apply account.
• If you do not have an Apply account but you are an SOT member, an Apply account has been created for you using the email associated with your SOT membership. To access this account, select the log-in button and then the “Forgot your password?” option. Be sure to use the same email address that you use for your SOT credentials.
• If you do not have an Apply account and are not an SOT member, select the register button to create an account.
