Description:
The aim of this award is to enable outstanding graduate student researchers in Southern California to attend the SOT Annual Meeting. Applications must be submitted through the SOT APPLY platform and include:
(1) A copy of the abstract submitted to the SOT Annual Meeting;
(2) An updated CV including education, honors & awards, publications,
(3) A short one paragraph statement of research achievements;
(4) A brief letter from the mentor outlining the applicant's contribution to the work to be presented at the meeting.
The winner will receive $1,000 to offset travel expenses while the runner-up(s) will receive $500.
