If so, you should know that the Regulatory and Safety Evaluation Specialty Section (RSESS) plans to continue its practice of providing awards to trainees who have presentations that are broadly applicable to regulatory toxicology or safety evaluation. Applications will be judged on the quality of the abstract and synopsis, relevance to the field, and strength of the support letter.

The selected awardees will be given $1,000 by the RSESS. The monetary award can be used for registration or travel support to the SOT Annual Meeting, other scientific meetings relevant to your work, or applied to training courses (online or in-person) that will advance your research skills and/or future professional development.

  1. The abstract of the work that you will be presenting at the SOT meeting, and
  2. A letter of recommendation from your advisor.

Awardees will be notified by February 28, 2024.

We are looking forward to reviewing your applications!!!
