Description: 

This award recognizes an active member of RDTSS member for outstanding scientific contributions and research accomplishments achieved since completion of graduate and/or postdoctoral training. The award honors excellence in the field of Reproductive and Developmental Toxicology through impactful research, teaching, mentorship, regulatory science, and other significant contributions to the field.

Eligibility:

  • Active, regular member of RDTSS.
  • No more than 10 years from the date of their last formal training.
  • Individuals working in academia, government, and industry will be equally eligible.
  • Candidates must be no more than ten 10 years from the date of their last formal training.

Nomination Materials:

  • Narrative/List of Accomplishments
  • The letter of nomination
  • Curriculum vitae (CV)
  • One or more letters of support

Selection Criteria:

Nominees will be evaluated based on:

  • Originality and scientific excellence
  • Research impact and discovery
  • Publications and scholarly contributions
  • Teaching and mentorship activities
  • Contributions to regulatory developmental and reproductive toxicology (DART)
  • Leadership, engagement, and service to the field

The awardee will be selected from among membership nominations by a committee formed by the RDTSS Executive Committee.
