Description:
Each year, RDTSS recognizes the most outstanding paper in reproductive and developmental toxicology published in Toxicological Sciences. A review committee evaluates eligible publications from the previous calendar year and selects the paper that best exemplifies scientific excellence and advances the field.
Eligibility:
Papers must have been published in the print edition of Toxicological Sciences in the previous calendar year. Papers addressing topics in reproductive and/or developmental toxicology are automatically considered; publication under the journal’s “Reproductive and Developmental Toxicology” section is not required. At least one author must be a member of RDTSS.
Selection Criteria:
Papers are judged based on:
· Scientific originality and innovation
· Overall scientific quality and rigor
· Significance and impact on the field of reproductive and developmental toxicology
Award: Plaque for lead author(s) and certificates for all co-authors for the first-place winner
*This award does not require application. Eligible papers will be selected by the review committee.
