Description:

This award recognizes the most outstanding abstract that demonstrates scientific excellence and relevance to the field of toxicology in medical devices and combination products.

Eligibility: Any abstract accepted for presentation at the SOT Annual Meeting that indicates a medical device or combination product focus or impact is eligible for the Best Overall Abstract Award.

Submission Instructions: To ensure consideration:

• Include “medical device” and/or “combination product” as a keyword in your abstract submission.
• After acceptance by the SOT Program Committee, send a copy of the accepted abstract to the MDCPSS award contact listed below.

Award Recognition:

• The top 3 abstracts will receive ribbons to display during the MDCPSS poster session.
• The lead author of the highest-scoring abstract will receive a plaque, presented at the MDCPSS reception during the SOT Annual Meeting.
