Description

Any abstract that is accepted for a poster presentation at the SOT Annual Meeting which focuses on in vitro and alternative methods is eligible to apply for the Best Poster Award. Finalists will be invited to present their poster at the IVAMSS reception held during the SOT annual meeting. The winning author(s) will receive a certificate or plaque acknowledging their achievement. Applicants must be IVAMSS members at the time of application to be eligible for the award. The IVAM Best Poster Award is based on the actual poster presentation and not the submitted abstract. Please submit an extended abstract and key figures with descriptions for review in order to be eligible for the award. Please review the general IVAMSS award criteria above.

Materials required for submission:

1. PDF version of the poster being presented at the upcoming SOT Annual Meeting. Please name the file as follows: MEETING YEAR_IVAM Best Poster_LAST NAME (e.g., for 2024 annual meeting: 2026_IVAM Best Poster_MCCULLOUGH)
