Description: The Carcinogenesis Specialty Section encourages postdoctoral researchers and young investigators who have received their Ph.D. within the past 3 years to submit their abstracts for competition for best abstract award. One awardee will be selected and will receive $1000 and a plaque. Award will be announced during the CSS meeting at the SOT Annual Meeting.
Eligibility requirements: Must have received a Ph.D. within the past 3 years. Work must be related to the field of carcinogenesis. Note: Applicants do not need to be CSS members to be eligible for this award.
Application requirements:
- A copy of the SOT research abstract
- A current curriculum vitae.
- Letter of recommendation from their advisor (not to exceed 2 pages).
Applications should be submitted online on or before the deadline.
