Description
The Graduate Student Best Abstract Award will be presented to a graduate student who has demonstrated outstanding scientific work to advance our understanding of toxicology. The selected graduate student will receive a certificate in recognition of their outstanding scientific research in the toxicological sciences. The ATA-SIG awards committee will determine the number of awards presented each year.
To be eligible for this award, an applicant must/must be:
- A graduate student of Arab origin
- An SOT and an ATA member
- Submit a copy of the SOT-accepted abstract and the abstract number
- Submit one recommendation letter from a mentor (not to exceed one page)
- Submit a current curriculum vitae
- Not have received an ATA-SIG award in the same category within the previous two years
